David I. Ainsman is the president of Ainsman Levine, LLC, which was founded in 1993. He practices in a number of areas in order meet the needs of many clients in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, area, including civil litigation and appeals as well as cases involving legal malpractice. The firm primarily practices in the field of personal injury law, and Mr. Ainsman also serves clients in the areas of health care, insurance, and business and commercial law.

Mr. Ainsman represents clients in cases involving wrongful death, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability and product liability. He also takes cases dealing with workers' compensation, medical malpractice and nursing home negligence. Aside from personal injury, he serves clients in probate and estate administration and elder law, which includes setting up wills and trusts. He also works with creditors and debtors and assists with commercial debt recovery.

Mr. Ainsman graduated cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh before obtaining his Juris Doctor from Temple University School of Law in 1977. He was admitted to the Pennsylvania State Bar in 1977 and earned admission to the U.S. Federal Courts Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania in the same year.
