Jepthah M. Orstein is an associate attorney with Ainsman Levine, LLC. Mr. Orstein began working for the firm in 2007 as a law clerk while attending the Duquesne University School of Law. He was hired as an associate after passing the bar examination in 2008 and has represented injured Plaintiffs in western Pennsylvania since that time. He is admitted to practice before all Pennsylvania state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. He has devoted his entire career to seeking compensation for people injured through no fault of their own and is a compassionate advocate for his clients.
Mr. Orstein's experience is unique as he has always worked on behalf of injured Plaintiffs. He has successfully resolved cases for his clients through settlements, mediations and arbitrations, and jury trials. He has been recognized by Super Lawyers Rising Stars from 2012 through 2018. This honor is for lawyers, in practice for 10 years or less, who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement.
Mr. Orstein has resided in the Pittsburgh area for most of his life, and currently resides in Regent Square with his Doberman, Coco. Outside the office, he spends most of his time training and competing in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
